Linda Malek and her team did an amazing job and i would recommend her to anyone. I was charged with a DUI and in a terrible position. She was honest, communicated with me well, and did not just lie to me to get me as a client. I was obviously intoxicated and did not have much hope that I would get a good plea deal. I was able to plea down and did not get an OVI. Also instead of my license being suspended for one year for refusal, I got my license back when I signed my plea deal. I got a better outcome then I could have imagined. Additionally, the courts were closed down because covid-19, but Linda still got me in front of the judge. She made it a virtual meeting and made signing the plea deal very easy. I can honestly say Linda is an exceptional attorney and is a great choice to represent you.

Linda is truly an incredible lawyer. I was referred to her by another lawyer, who wasn't able to take my case, which turned out to be the best thing that could have happened for me. I was originally facing federal charges and Linda was able to get reduced down to a level where I received NO JAIL TIME! She is dedicated, intelligent, thorough, concise, and hard working. She leaves absolutely no stone unturned and will work tirelessly to win. She's an amazing person overall and I'd refer her to anyone I care about. I am very pleased with Linda's personal attention to my case. She and her assistant were always available if I had any questions. Linda gave me her personal cell phone to ensure I could contact her! I was charged with Domestic Violence and plead no contest to this charge (without a lawyer). I did not realize the full implications of this until it was over and done with. About a week later I contacted Linda and retained her, she got my plea reversed (which almost never happens) and got the charge dropped down to Disorderly Conduct which is one step above jay walking, not to mention I can get this removed off my record in 1 year. As I said she is a tough cookie and want to ensure she is on your side, she knows the players and will get the job done. So stop reading and call her.

I had my first run in with the law and it was a big first charge (1st offense OVI). I was extremely nervous and anxious but Linda and her team made me feel like I stood a chance. Linda was very upfront and worked through my case, explaining every step of the way. I felt at ease, when I was able to text her or anyone on her team with questions and concerns, at any time. Linda Malek and her team were easy to work with. Linda is honest about your situation and will lay out a path that defines the best results possible. She is passionate about her work and you will see this when working with her and her team. She took my 2nd DUI offense that was a tier 2 high with mandatory jail time, 1-5 year suspension, SCRAM ankle monitor, etc. and was able to have it reduced to a 1st offense with minimal fines/suspension. She gets back to you in a timely manner and even took my call on Christmas Day to confirm my court date and expectations. Seamless process and great experience given my situation. Karen, her office manager, was also easy to work with, very responsive, and she will update you with what you need throughout your process. I would absolutely recommend the Malek Law Firm.

Linda is a excellent attorney with a strong presence and a passion to defend her clients. Over the course of my case she explained every step and how the process of the courts worked. She even showed and walked me down to the counter where you pay! Not only did Linda deliver great customer service but she also got results. I was pulled over by state troopers and was facing felony marijuana possession and trafficking. I contacted Linda and she assured me that these kind of cases are her specialty. Due to her diligence and dedication she was able to argue the validity of the search. Thanks to her I got the charges dropped to a single low misdemeanor and didn't face any jail time. Would definitely recommend her to family and friends!

Linda was fantastic to work with. She is knowledgeable about specific laws and violations. She personally helped turn my OVI/Refusal into a physical control with minimum fines and court costs. Additionally, I do not have party plates or the interlock device. When she says that she is willing to help normal people like me she means it. Linda's team wrote a tailored suppression motion that resulted in the prosecution offering me a plea. She takes great pride in personalizing each and every case to obtain the best results. I am happy that I hired her as my attorney and would recommend her to any and everyone that wants the best representative they can get

Can't say enough about Miss Malek and her staff! She is compassionate, down to earth, open and honest. Her staff kept me informed during the entire process; sending me reminders the day before appearances and keeping me updated on all changes without me having to ask or seek out information. When I first walked into Linda's office, I was not only facing jail time, but was at risk of losing primary custody of my children for said "offense". The issue, although something viewed as being very minor outside of court, was being made into something very serious in court. The lawyers I had before not only helped get me into the situation by not properly representing me, but they also did not guide me or give me the correct advice that would have avoided this situation altogether. From the very beginning of hiring Linda, she was extremely direct and told me exactly what needed to be done. She broke down all of the mistakes made in the previous situation and how we were going to move forward to get this rectified. She stepped into the courtroom and truly saved me from this situation. I walked in thinking I could go to jail and lose everything to leaving the courtroom to go back to my normal, everyday life like nothing happened. She is extremely well-respected inside and outside of the courtroom for the fact that she is well-versed in law and very straight forward and honest. She is available at all times when you need advice or run into an issue and will help you just because. It is definitely not just about the money with her, like I have found with previous lawyers. I wasted tens of thousands on legal fees and got no where before finding her. She actually cares and wants the best for people, whether you want to hear her advice or not, she knows what she is talking about and will help get you to where you want and need to be. I hope to never be in this situation ever again, but if I or any friend/family member ever is, we won't be calling anyone but Linda as long as she is around. I was dealing with a very difficult case and was fearing the worst. Linda assured me I would be fine and I didn’t need to worry. She left no stone unturned while looking into my case. I saw a rating of one on the website claiming Linda did not return phone calls in a timely manner. This is not the case with Linda.She replied to me within 24 hours and discussed our case with me for 45 minutes. Very satisfied with her follow up and communication.

My wife had hired another attorney for her second DUI w/refusal after getting pulled over for a speeding ticket. After a couple months it was clear that said attorney wasn't going to fight hard for her. After some discussion and sleepless nights we decided to fire her first attorney and seek new counsel. We did a lot of research and Linda Malek seemed to be the answer and this was an understatement. Not only was Linda reassuring and upbeat about what her thoughts were, she flat out said you aren't taking a deal, we will take this to trial if need be. Well there was never a need for that because at the suppression hearing Linda nailed it. I personally sat in the courtroom while the prosecution gave its case and then watched her rip it to shreds with facts not opinions. My wife's case was dismissed because Linda not only cited case law, but she backed up every argument with facts. I'll have to admit I was doubtful of the outcome, but I underestimated her sincere care of her cases and most of all her clients. Linda and her secretary Karen, always answered our phone calls along with our concerning questions. I would recommend Linda Malek and her great staff to anyone I know. Just when your attorney is ready to throw in the towel, think twice and seek other options. Had we not done that, the outcome would have been very different. We will forever be grateful and now have some faith in the justice system when it seems impossible.

Words cannot begin to express the gratitude that I have for Linda Malek. I was facing my first DUI offense with an open container violation. I found her through Google and when I read her reviews, I knew I had to have her help me. Her reviews were beyond accurate. She worked so hard to get my DUI charge reduced and the open container violation was dismissed. She was faced with some difficult evidence on my end and despite that she was able to get the best result for me. Linda will communicate with you through the whole process. If you could put a picture in the dictionary under professional, honest, hard working, expedient, superb, it would be a picture of Linda Malek. Within minutes of getting falsely pulled over, I knew who I was going to call. She had been recommended to me over and over again by people who had been in similar situations and it was a number that I was told to store in my important contacts. I was extremely nervous but was put at ease when I made the call. She stepped in and handled everything so rapidly. She knew what she was doing every step of the way. And let me tell you, she knows how to save steps. My admiration for her is solid. She’s just a true professional. My charge was dismissed and I was able to drive again that same day. After my experience, I sincerely from the bottom of my heart would like to help make this choice easier for those in search of the best defense they can find. Do not underestimate the importance of this decision, the end result very much depends on it. Linda truly is extraordinary, she’ll find ways to defend you that most attorneys would overlook. In my case she definitely exceeded my expectations by far. I was facing a felony 2 charge for improper discharge of a firearm into my neighbors condo, and a misdemeanor charge for using firearms while intoxicated. A charge that carries a prison term of 2 to 8 years. They also added a 3 year mandatory specification to it. So I was looking at a minimum of five years in prison. I was being charged as if I did it intentionally, but it was unintentional. Had I not had an attorney with a keen understanding of the specifics of the law, there’s no doubt I would have gone to prison. The charges were ultimately dropped to a felony 4. I won’t be going to prison, and it will be exponged after a year. My life could have been completely destroyed without Linda’s help. I have a 13-year-old daughter I thought I may not see the rest of her childhood, a thought which often brought me to tears. Thank you Linda. To all of you reading these reviews, trying to decide which attorney to go with, stop searching and call Linda. It doesn’t get any better than this.

Linda and her team are probably the most honest people I have met. She even contacted me and my family when I went with a different attorney. I feel that it is up to yourself to make the right decisions, but it was nice that she reached out. I hope to never see her again, but highly recommend. I hired Linda Malek to help battle my case. As this was my first charge, I had no idea what the necessary steps were, or even what the process was ahead of me. Linda went way above and beyond to fight my case and was able to get my case reduced to a lesser charge after going to a suppression hearing, it was not a simple plea or negotiation. Linda was more than worth every penny and would never want to hire another attorney other than Linda.
